Driveshaft Center Bearing

I have the driveshaft out and am looking at the big center bearing assembly. Has anyone ever regreased that bearing?

The factory shop manual says don't touch it if it isn't giving problems but I'd like to be proactive.

Anyone know if the two center bearing seals are still available? Did Courier use the same center bearing assembly?

Thanks,
