The brake problem was several things. The calipers werent aligned properly, I assembled them originally off the rotor but I guess I didn't do a good enough job. Last night I pulled them apart and reassembled everything on the rotor. The other thing I did was not properly lube the seals with brake fluid. While I had the calipers pulled I moved the pistons in and out a couple times to get them lubed up. Brakes feel great and I have more stopping power than ever before!
