Genuine Racing Beat Dellorto 48 DHLA intake system, MANY NEW PARTS

This intake has been my pride and joy for the last 4.5 years and now it's time to let it go. Very well maintained, rebuilt twice since I've owned it! Cleaned on a regular basis. I've run a lot of Seafoam, Amsoil PI, Gumout Fuel Injection Cleaner in the gas tank since I've owned this carb so you know it's clean internally. Tuned with wideband O2 sensor, this puppy runs sweet. Fantastic low to midrange and the top end does not dissapoint.

Many upgrades and new parts. You won't find a nicer Dellorto anywhere! This carb will last a very long time.

All cleaned up and ready to install. Look how shiny all that aluminum is!!!

Manifold is for the Old School 13b 4-port.

Rebuilt recently, all new gaskets, o rings, and Accelerator pump diaphragm
New thick accelerator pump gasket, just like Racing Beat. NLA!!!
New carb Lid. aka Top Cover. Not cheap. The choke operated a lot better after the new lid was installed, and overall the carb just ran smoother!!!

New floats
New, proper sized 3.00mm needle and seat. These are no longer available anywhere!
New plastic jet cover and gasket
New anti-vibration soft mounts and nylox nuts
New idle mixture screws, washers, o-rings, and springs
New progression hole threaded plugs
New accelerator pump rod assembly
New screws for carb Lid.
4" long TWM Induction bellmouth velocity stacks. State of the art. Flow more air than any other stack. Really helps low and mid range torque
New nylox nuts and washers for stacks.
6" long K&N air filter, great shape low mileage
Authentic Racing Beat air filter plates
39mm chokes installed, and 40mm chokes included
Many Spare jets.
Authentic Racing Beat two piece intake manifold
New bolts to attach the 2 piece manifold
Gasket inbetween 2 piece manifold replaced in 2004

The air filter is very long to fit the stacks, and allow the most air to flow in. And requires you either bend or cut/reweld the oil filler tube or just plug it with the included red plastic plug.

Hey Brad,

Sweet setup you have there. I was wondering if this will fit any 4-port 13B,or only the old school like you mentioned? I ask becasue my truck has a cobbled together(I think) 4 port 13B. I think one of my rotor housings is from a GSL-SE engine, and the other is of unknown origin. Neither of the housings have the old school MAZDA script. I know it is a 4-port,but I am not sure what type of intake is on it aside from that fact that it looks like a stock unit with the air control valve area all welded up. If this will fit my truck I am interested, even though my wife may not like the idea of spending this type of money. I will try to get a picture of my engine,so you could try to answer my questions.

The intake port sizes are different between the old school 4 ports and the newer 4 ports like from a turboII motor.

Thats the boat I am in right now, I need something to work on the turboII motor I have ported out and will be dropping in my REPU. This should work, but for best results some fairly big port matching will be needed.

It will bolt up to a 4 port 13b that is not using turbo irons. So if your 4 port motor was made using 12a front, intermediate, and rear plates it'll bolt up and line up. That is a very popular setup.

Since you have at least one GSL-SE rotorhousing, which uses water seals in the rotorhousings, and all turbo blocks have the water seals in the irons, it's safe to say you have a pre-2nd gen rx7 motor and not turbo.

Man, that's sweet!

Sure wish I had better cash flow this time of year...

Only thing I'm curious about, after seeing the pic's: what about unfiltered air making it past those zip ties on the cover?

On the off chance someone buys something from me before you sell, you'll hear from me!

Yes, do you want it insured for the full $699? It gets pricey.

FedEx Ground has the best rate for trackable shipments and is who I usually ship with.
