Beautiful 74 Rotary for Sale

OK, I really don't want to do this but I've got to make room for the RX8 :-). 4 years ago I bought a fairly clean 74 REPU from a friend I had known since the 70's in San Antonio Texas. I paid $3500. The truck was original and just needed a few things so I got it. It is a driver, (could be a daily driver but I don't want to put any excess miles on it. What I've done to it since my purchase is.
1) New Paint and Emblems
2) Shocks and tie rod ends
3) $900 on new brakes and cylinders in the rear
4) New Yokahama Tires
5) Straightened the front bumper and had it rechromed.
6) rechromed the wheel rings
7) New battery

The truck had 146k miles on it and had a fresh engine at 96k
minimal rust, battery box intact (even has the rubber holder). This is a super clean specimen and could be your daily driver. Make me an offer.

Say it ain't so!

Couldn't you 'make room' by getting rid of something else?
How about adding on to your garage instead?
That's a really sweet REPU...!
(Make the rx-8 live in the driveway!)

Wow what a sweet looking ride.I am sad that I can't make room for that in my stable.I do love the RX-8 as well though.I plan on getting one soon.I have a question for you.Is that a custom made radio/gauge box under the A/C unit or is it some sort of option I have never seen.Maybe some pics of that up close and some detail of how you built it would be nice.Again nice looking ride I hope it goes to a nice home.

RE Box under Dash

That is a custom build carpeted Box built for the Stereo
because I didn't want the dash cut. It's a perfect place to put the Stereo. I can do some closeups if anyone wants me to.

OMG what are they made of? titanium and platinum?

was that brakes at all four corners, or just the rear?

I got

front: 2 new discs, 2 rebuilt calipers, new brake lines, new pads.

rear: 2 new drums, 4 rebuilt cylinders, new shoes/pads, and new rubber line.

Master cylinder waiting for installation

all together i might have spent $350

but..... your truck is beautiful, and mine looks like ...well....
