Why?
Is your motor fresh? Do you have the lower-compression turbo rotors in it? If it's a recent build, and the answer is 'no', why not go with Atkin's supercharger instead? Or, send my your current motor, and get a turbo motor to swap in...

You will need a turbo, probably from a TurboII will be easiest. Also need alot of custom intake tubing, a box to surround the carb, an intercooler if desired, an exhaust manifold of some kind and a new down pipe. That will get you mostly there. I have been thinking about doing this with my REPU, I have an 86 13b with a 48mm side draft carb. Still havent really figured out all of what I need and at this time dont have the means to build my intake tract. The supercharger would be much easier, but also alot more expensive.

Wish I could at least visit!
Your rx-4 sure sounds sweet. Unfortunately, I'm on another continent... Check out ebaymotors (apparently, there's also a whole seperate ebaymotors.uk , as well...) for turbo motor offerings... Checked the Atkins site, and sure 'nuff, no more mention of the Camden superchargers. Bummer! I always thought that'd be a really cool way to go... Oh well... Not being a turbo guy myself, (yet), my take is kinda, 'why shorten the lifespan of a vintage 4-port 13B in good running order'? Porting will already take it's (eventual) toll... With the more recent turbo motors being relatively more abundant and available, seems to me it'd be desirable to keep the oldschool motor to be what it is... Just my 2 cents...
(I envy you Aussies--you've got more oldschool rotaries to play with!)
