Voltage Regulators are available at any parts store for about $30, tops.
Dashboards are best to just have them reupholstered. Any original one that isn't split is bound to sooner than later. Just like the S2 RX-7s.
Door weatherstrip have been NLA from Mazda for over a decade. Use the later 1980+ B-Series part numbers, though Meditz and I have both bought out Mazda's complete inventory once each now, but they seem to keep putting more in the PDCs, so you'll probably have some luck. The later style is also much better as it is a pinch welt type that stays put on its own (like in an FC RX-7), rather than having to be glued in place.
Neal.

Are you kidding me! Please tell me where I can get a voltage regulator for $30 bucks. My local parts store wanted to charge me $150. I'm pissed now.

Try rockauto.com . they don't list it for the 74REPU but they do for the 74 RX-3 and RX-4. I suppose the RX-4 (1.3L) is the best bet, but they're each 30 bucks. You can also buy more expensive regulators.

I bought all my new factory door/window molding from mazda perfomance. I don't think they are around any more. While I'm waiting to redo my entire truck from the ground up, I went to Advance Auto and bought generic pince type molding for the doors. It was $30 per door and works great until I can get the factory stuff on.

Voltage Regulator
If I remember correctly, I got my last one at Auto Value (aka Auto Warez). Not certain if they're nationally known or not. I have bought several from AutoZone over the years as well.

door rubber
I was trolling the parts yard and found plenty of rigs with door rubber, but the most promising was from a Volvo 740 (not a 240!) I picked it up but have not yet installed it. Cost me $4.00!

A decent dashpad is about $50 - $125 depending on condition.
A recently recovered one is about $250.
A NOS pad is whatever the market will bear.
I have one cracked all to go to hell and no screws for $35 plus shipping. If I have to buy a box that is extra. I'm in Sacramento if you want to drop in.
Hope this helps. I don't usually sell my spares but WTH.
