Take a boxed end ,13/16 ,12 point wrench. With a tilt on the boxed end. It will make reaching the top of the bolts used to secure the bed easy.
WD-40 or your favorite rust breaker/lubricant is a good thing to have also. Use it first on all the bolts.
The evaporative tank will have to be disconnected.
Take a friend because you'll have to lift the bed strait up and over the frame to clear the heat shield bolted to the bottom of the bed. It's much easier to save the bolts that hold the shield in place if you can work on them from above. Rather than break them off from below. Most I have encounter tend to bond to the bed rather well, so a little care to remove them whole is sometimes needed.
