WOW that's clean! nice to pass smog legally yah? I wish my last rotaries passed smog but luckily there were plenty of "nice guys" around to "make" it pass for me...I must commend you fro putting a cat on too! It makes an excellent noise reducer. Like both above, I would not seal off the tank either. It does cause the flow to stop...that tank in the bed that it evaporates to is a good thing. All my rx's did the same thing when I took the evap tank off line.
