I really want to take the REPU! I have put so many hours into it to make it a road-worthy vehicle again but things keep going wrong. I re-built the calipers now the brakes make a constant metallic rubbing sound even when not braking and I also just discovered my idler arm bushing is totally disintegrated. I know what I am going to be using my office phone for tomorrow and it aint going to be work related :) Then to tear down my brakes again and see why they are so noisy. Any ideas what to look for? Pads are new, rotors look new, how do I make sure everything is properly lined up in there?
