No luck with the hood. I have seen a couple of Ford Couriers in the junkyards in the past weeks but they all had major front end damage. if you don't want to cut up the hood you coule get a Frount mounted intercooler. Cars like the Turbo Izuzu impulse or 323 have small intercoolers, or you could get one from a starion/conqiest or Isuzu NPR truck. They would require a bit of work to mount, though.
How come you still have a fan shroud if you have front mounted fans? It does make the engine look like it was originaly meant to be that way though.
