[REPU] Integrating the Mail list with the Board...

I'm testing 'meshing' the Mazdarepu BBS and mail list together so that
every reply to the forum will go to this mail list... there will be a
link included to reply to the message on the forum.

I'll be testing it on and off this afternoon... The only drawback I can
see right now is that some people will get double messages...
