1974 Project REPU & Spare Parts
I've had my REPU for a while, drove it a bit, and then started driving other vehicles. I've had it in storage and am wanting to down-size.
This is a nearly complete ~95% drivetrain transplant, from a3kc toyota engine to a 12A w/ spaced engine mount, re-cored radiator, 5 speed ribcase transmission, and relatively solid body & frame (southern Idaho, high desert climate).
I drove it for a few miles after installing the engine, then parked because of two or three details that I needed to iron out, but never got quite around to.
These are:
Exhaust - it is loud, partially because of the 2" stainless exhaust & turbo muffler, and partly because of the lack of the air-inlet pipe, air pump, and plug in the air-inlet port of the exhaust pipe
Battery - there is no battery box; the frame bolt brackets are present, but previous owner discarded the battery box. I tested the install with battery
in the engine bay, and have cable & steel to place battery in proper location, but never got around to it.
Oil Cooler - The Oil Cooler lines are bridged; I have air-oil coolers from RX-7's, but have not gotten to fabricating the necessary hangars.
This was in 2007. As of now (2016), the engine is free, the fuel pump runs, and I plan on starting the engine within the next few days.
I also have a B-series pick-up bed trailer that can go with it. I bought it because of the similarities, and was planing on having a matching truck/trailer setup.

Update
Took Pictures, Got it started & ran for a few minutes today. Made a couple loops around my storage lot, and took pictures.
Uploading to gallery as well.
Didn't seem to take. Pictures are up on craigslist.

So-So. I have door panels off, dash top is aged, seats are original upholstery with wear, could use re-upholstery.
I'd say fair for the era. I took some pictures, didn't turn out to hot.
I believe that the dash paneling is un-hacked, and has original radio, or lack of. I can try to get better pics, if you want.
Update: I've posted Left & Right view of Interior on craigslist ad.
Not the best of detail, but should give an impression...

Update: Running Project REPU
I'm going to be finishing this truck, making a battery tray, battery cable, plugging the open exhaust port, and hanging the oil cooler.
Then I'm going to be renewing plates & driving it. It will still be available for purchase, but I haven't heard much from any serious buyers.
It's not 'pristine', but it's good enough for me, or anyone interested for a solid base for a full restore, or if someone wants a 'rat' daily driver.

update
I've got it running, drove it the ~ 4 miles to my shop after re-running the custom-made replacement battery positive cable to the battery box area. Got a start on the battery tray, going with a simple angle iron & strap bracket/sliding tray construction, to bolt on to original frame mounts. Got one local person to inquire when they saw at my shop, they kicked tires & heard run. we discussed price, he said there's a couple of trucks within a hundred miles of here he could get for ~$1500.00.

Update: SOLD
Truck is sold and is settling down in its new home in New Jersey.
