Courier Carpet

Yep, works just fine, just a little trim here and there.

Is the hole for the shifter in the stock REPU location?

Well I ordered it, $210 shipped with an $8 discount using code RETURN09.

Can't wait.

I watched their instructional video when I was researching. I think you have to cut all the holes yourself. Make sure you have some sharp razor blades handy. Post photos of the installation!

I'm excited to see how it looks installed.

I'm having the body shop paint my cab because I couldn't find a carpet kit.

Please share your results...

FWIW, I picked up one of these OEM Mazda rubber carpet kits for my truck a while back...

$39 bones...

http://www.ebay.com/itm/FLOOR-MAT-FOR-77-82-FORD-COURIER-D97Z1013010E-/200638077630?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item2eb6f61abe&vxp=mtr

They're for the 77-84 trucks, but it fits fine in my truck

Not as cushy as the kit Brad is getting, but it's nice when I track muddy boots into the truck...

Interestingly, Uhaul had a fleet of Ford Courier moving vans back in the day with dually axles... These kits are left over U-Haul new/old stock

For those of you that don't know the Ford Courier was made by Mazda in Japan, the same way the 93 and newer B-Series is (was) made by Ford...

I will share pics absolutely. Don't mind cutting the hole, my miata tailhousing puts the shifter further back.

PICS with descriptions are here: http://rides.webshots.com/album/582787757OGxXef?vhost=rides

The carpet did not come with any holes cut which is fine. I can cut my shifter hole and seat rail slots. The Mass Backing is a great option, makes that carpet only .04" thicker but it's HEAVY and will insulate sound and cold temps. Some grey fiber insulation has been glued to the underside, around where you put your feet. Not under the seat.

The edges do not have a border sewn in. So it could frey.

Installation is this weekend.
