Relocating stock fuse box

I was told that because the stock fuse box might is located right under the hood, it might get into trouble under heavy rains, if water gets in there. Anyone moved it away from the current location, and run it down by the master cyl's?

Fuse box relocation

Never had a problem and I used to mash the truck through the foot deep curb puddles when it would rain hard.

YMMV

Well it was ok where it is for the last 27 years, so I don't think it is going to be a problem. Also 12v isn't really enought to arc across water.

Good advice! Put a little electical grease one the ends of the fuse teminals and they will be good for another 25 or so years. The terminals not the fuses that is.
