Woo Hoo! Drove the REPU!

For the first time since I've owned it, and from what I can gather, the first time since 1994, the REPU drove under her own power today! The Auto->Manual conversion is complete, now just need to tune her all up, and start working on making her pretty!

Thanks to all of you who helped get this conversion done: Alan, Jeff, Joe, Bruce, Jeff...

The Tune portion has me a little worried, though.. It's a 12a out of an 83 RX-7, with a Holley 550 carb from Racingbeat. I had one of these on my 1st gen, and was messing around with it constantly! Now that colder weather is here (well, for vegas, that's highs in the 60s-70s) I'm going to mess around with the cold idle settings more.... then have to change them all around when it gets warm again, arg.

Then I'm going to do the DLIDFIS conversion...
Then more stuff on the list:

Instruments:
Get Speedo Working with 1st gen speedo
Get Tach Working... h2o, oil temp, volt... I'm going to do a custom gague cluster, so watch out!

Interior, new door panels, roof liner, dash, center console.

Exterior, fill holes, fix dents, paint white, get new emblums.

Engine, blow up the 12a and find a 13b. Conversion to Fuel Injection. from FC, maybe a TII.
