REPU lights issue

I have got a 1977 REPU that we just installed a clutch in and it runs great the problem appears to be that the headlights and tail lights are not working. The emergency flashers, brake lights, and turn signals work but not the other lights. I found the fuse panel under the hood but none of these are labeled for head lights. I am hoping somebody here can point me in the right direction on what I need to look for. I am thinking of putting the truck up for sale but would like to have everything working right.

If the '77 is similar to the '76 there should be a fusible link from the battery to a "White with Red" wire to the headlight switch. This link looks more like a jumper than a fuse even when opened, but should read like a short. It might just have corrosion or a tiny crack, so measure it with a meter in and out of circuit to be sure.
Best of luck!

Here is a link for a webpage with the 77 wiring diagram manual, and also a 76 repair manual.

Thanks spokanerxdude, I went ahead and downloaded the whole electrical manual which will help out a lot.As soon as I get home this evening I will break out the Fluke meter and start checking things out. What kind of threw me is that no where on the fuse cover is there reference to the headlights fuse so I had now clue where to start tracing things back. But I really appreciate the help.

All right, traced the issue back to the fusible link that plugs into the small box on the driver side fender well under the hood. I noticed that there was another fussible link right next to it so I replaced that also, even though all other accessories work, just because it is the original. I did discover that there are no brake lights so I will replace the brake light switch this weekend. Now I have what may seem a dumb question but where is the bright light switch for the truck? I have searched high and low but haven't discovered the secret on how to turn on the brights.

Click the turn signal handle towards you to turn on high beams, click again and they go out.
