It looks to be the stock ECU as the OE emissions soleniods and mass air flow unit are still there

EFI
I have GSL-SE EFI in my truck + turbo.
It's not the same as T-II, but the process is the same. I have done T-II in an 80 RX-7
I traced out the whole engine harness (with help from an 84 shop manual) identifying all the point where Power / Ground needed to be. Once I knew that, I had to run a couple of additional wires within the harness to simplify the connections to the chassis. The end result was the engine harness making a single connection for +12, Ground, IG-, and Start +12.
It was well worth the effort to trace out the harness. I did the same setup on my 83 RX-7 years ago and not only was it a pain, it was an ugly install. Getting the harness ready made the install way easier.
The pinout diagram for the ECU is the most important one to have, but there are a couple of places other than the end of the harness that would normally connect to the body harness under the dash were you need to run +12. Most noteably the two connections just past the firewall gromet.
As side notes...
The SE intake is tiny. I lost a lot of power on the big end compaired to the Delortoe 48's. 86-88 would be much better.
Headers ( at least the ones on my truck ) interfear w/ the 6-port actuators, and the line which feeds them.
Fuel is a bit of a pain. Low pressure drop is very important on the suction side of the pump. The pickup tube in my tank was perforated. I ended up taping a hole in the drain plug.
