do 75' repus have a bigger cab than 74' repus? also anyone have a picture of a 77 ext cab?

Only in '77

Only in 77 did the cabs change, or that is my understanding.

77 long cab

Yes, all the trucks from 74' to 76' were esentially the older Ford Courier/B series cab with a few different hole locations and attachment points for the harness and different relays.
In 77' they used the newer Courier/Sundowner series cab which added about 4 inches to the cab length.
