NICE !!!
...especially that first photo; Sweet! Now you just need something besides shoe polish directly on your paint, and a Pineapple (replaceable if 'coned') valance, and a rear-bumper shave for the weight distribution... (and maybe a weight addition just forward of the pumpkin?)
Isn't it fun in the rain? :D

thanks klaus!
i don't really like my number so i don't want to spend $$ on vynal or magnetic numbers. my pineapple valance, under tray, and 2 support brackets just got back from painters and will be installed this month.
that rear bumper i have mixed feelings about. it will take a wallop of a hit so i don't want to ditch it, but that is the worst place to have all that weight.
rain was okay. no LSD made it difficult. i'm working on that. no eta yet. that one pic has lots of water kicking up on inside tire :(
i'm also getting a crash course on rear leaf spring suspensions and have some ideas. spherical bearings in front leaf eyes is the first step, so that when the body rolls, it doesn't twist the leaf spring which winds up and increases spring rate and decrease lateral load resistance.
then i'm thinking panhard and sliders instead of shackles :)

Very interesting...
...sounds like you're coming up with plans for the leaf springs I'd never have considered... could make for a really good set of mods/REPU rear-end 'kit' for all of us!
RE: Bumper--Yeah, we basically need a qucik-release setup for 'em, one that's really strong, though!
