I think there's a MOOG part that works. Search the forum archive for balljoints or MOOG and see what you come up with. I think you're looking for a post from 'straightrepu' but he may not be the only one to have replaced them.

Thanks guys! That got me the right parts, right at Kohlweiss Automotive across town. Now, with my $261 bag full of parts, I can overhaul the front end completely.

I have pretty much all aftermarket part numbers....

from manufacturers making parts for Rotary pickups. I have compiled a list to publish a booklet for sale on ebay in the future. I can help with those numbers tomorrow when I get back to work.

The list is there. stay tuned.

P.S. I guess I should mention I am in editing phase and it is now over 7000 lines of text. That gives you an indication over how many parts are actually made for our trucks. The list above represents only a mere 28 lines. I need to par it down for publication.

rotaryDave,

I had no problem getting the MOOG parts right here in Redwood City CA from Kohlweiss (www.kparts.com). In stock!

i had no problem with the ball joints, idler, tie rod ends. the things i am want to do though are all the mounting bushing for the arms as well, wish i could find the rebuild pieces for the steering box, i know of several nearly picked parts trucks i could swipe the boxes out of and try to fashion the parts with extras to screwup on.
