REPU back to stock height :)

I know low trucks are the fad, but I actually drive my REPU and riding on the bump stops wasn't my idea of an enjoyable experience. So I went back to stock...

The rear:
Stock leaf springs with one removed.
Monroe air adjustible shocks at 50psi

The front:
MOOG-CC250 springs cut from 13.75" down to 12"
KYB gas-a-just shocks

Wheels:
14x6" US Wheels
BF Goodrich A/T KO 195/75R14

The front is a little soft so I may upgrade to the addco sway bar. The tires aren't really that loud compared to the exhaust. I need to get some hub rings because they don't center very well with just the lugs. I'm also looking for a set of stock hub caps, assuming I can use them with these wheels.

Stance looks perfect. Where'd you get that front tag?

Looks awesome! Mine is sitting on stock springs and I have been debating lowering it until I saw this. I also plan on using my truck.

On a side note is that the GT200 side view mirror from Moon Eyes?

Thanks!

I'm not sure what mirror it is. The previous owner installed it. It looks great, but it doesn't provide much visibility.

I am looking into a very similar set up for my truck. Do your rims have an offset at all?

These are the wheels I ordered. 14x6 +0 offset

The front tires stick out very slightly which is part of the reason I went with such a narrow tire. The back tires are perfect.

There are a few OEM wheels (80s Mazda trucks, 90's GM trucks) that will keep the tires under the fenders but I couldn't find any white steelies with appropriate offset. These are trailer wheels. If you search for trailer wheels that are 5.5" or 6" wide you'll find a few other options.

I am going same dimensions as your wheel but a different style. My truck was born Flare Yellow, I am going to update it with 3rd Gen RX7 Competition Yellow Mica and black rally stripes, so I wanted to keep the wheels black. I think I am going to go with this wheel, it is black and chrome I'll run the same bridgestones that you've got.

Instead of rally stripes, why not do the stripe kit I have but in black?

I am going to do both the stock stripe and the rally stripe at the bottom. I am debating whether or not I want to do them in paint or vinyl.

Mine is in vinyl but I wish it were paint. You have to be careful washing the vinyl and it is a little stained on the tailgate from the exhaust. Anyone else have that issue? I get a lot of soot but I know the rotaries like to run rich so I wasn't sure if I could do anything, especially since i don't have the emissions equipment installed.

Best thing you can do is add a spun metallic catalytic converter to un-soot it.
