Wheel Manufacturers that make the right size?
Does anyone know where I can find affordable rims that won't give me the skateboard look? I would like to find a 7" rim that will fit inside the wheel well up front, even if it's just a steel wheel.
Based on my current wheels which are 16x8 with 5.75" backspacing, I am looking for 15x7 or 16x7 with 4.50-4.75" backspacing. The 16x8s rub too much when turning which really decreases turning radius.
This kind of offset is typically used by FWD cars and I can't find many wheel manufacturers that make this offset with a 6 bolt pattern. Thus far I have only found one, Centerline Wheels. Their custom billet wheels are 2-piece so they have a larger variety of offset options. Only problem is they are expensive and I'm not crazy about their designs.
