Correct me if I'm wrong...

...but it's not technically a REPU original bench you require, is it? You'd have to ask Neal (kansei), but when I shipped him his REPU I sent two benches with, one an old REPU one, and the other a more modern mini-truck bench... perhaps after having them both he's decided to part with one of them? Just a thought... Of course, he's out in Michigan... Your local j-yards might have something to offer, eventually...

I replaced my seat with one out of a B1600, it is also the same as the Courier seat. Hitting up the local yard would definately be cheaper than shipping a bench.

Through what years/models

do the mounts match up with our REPU's? Be too cool to update/upgrade with no hassles...! Seats always wear out first in oldschool rotaries...

I think quite a few years went by using the exact same seat for Couriers, b-series, and REPUs. For awhile that was something I would closely look at when hitting up the local yards. Only differences I found were upholstery meterials. I forget what year b1600 my seat is out of, it is a nice shiney black vinyl. I put a cover on it to protect myself when it is up over 100 outside. My old seat was missing all the padding right under my butt and the spring was getting uncomfortable.
