I have one 'extra'...

...but it's from a very early model '74, and it's not the cleanest anymore... lived for some time without the cover, and I might snap those rusty bolts if/when I go to pull it... lemme know...

It's likely been years since

anything's been hooked up to it... usable: perhaps... (if the rusty spots on the bottom aren't too far into it, or if you're up for restoring it prior to use...).

You need it to pass emissions?

I could only guess that either just about any would do, or you actually need a NOS/restored and re-charcoaled one...
There's not too much to these can's, is there? What happens to a used one that is disconnected, and sits and weathers/bakes in the sun...does that revive the used charcoal? Just got me thinking...

Does anyone have one WITH charcoal????

When I was working on them on my trucks, and had them out, It was empty. I looked it up and it was labeled a "condensation" tank. That implies to me that it is a hollow tank to drain off condendsation from the fuel. I believe it also relieves fuel pressure as well to prevent vapor lock. Just my two cents worth, but I have six trucks and none have "charcoal". I think the seventies were a bit before the "charcoal" revolution in pollution control.

Charcoal cannister

The device on the left front of the bed is really a condense tank only ( no charcoal), the real charcoal cannister is located under the dome shaped piece on the bottom side of the air cleaner cover.

I'm tempted to make a joke about

a rotary charcoal grille--but I'm not running the stock air filter setup!

Who, me? Mine?

I'm about to be outta here on biz. for a few days--back by Tuesday 8/12--can we deal with it then? Would $20 + cost of FedEx be about right? (I hope I don't find it's rusted thru at the bottom after I pull it...!) You can email me, but keep it 'small', as my hotmail account is overflowing... I'll let you 'reassemble' the address, so as to foil those webcrawling spambots...(time for a new email address for yours truly...) klausdp at hotmail dot com . Or, can I give you a call upon my return?
