Keep an eye out for me PLEASE!!!

Please keep an out for any year/model REPU.

I am after a rolling chassis. I need a mostly compelete body, and most of the windows. Dents and dings are fine. no need for interior. Need complete suspension/chassis. No motor/trans needed.... Just body glass suspension...

I want to put a turbo motor in it. And I will do a custom interior, probably with a fibergass dash.

I will like one in/around North Texas, and cancer free.

Thanks!

Andrew.......

Rolling chassis it is

I got one. 74 model. It is cancer free, and it has a great cab, decent box, and needs a little TLC. No Motor, was an auto. and its interior is less than stellar. It is in Washington state though.... Anyone interested.

Its on the floor. I don't have the tranny, just the chassis/body. I have the floor console on ebay now for the second time....No takers. Seems the auto is not a desired option. Any way, I have another chassis on the way as well as another truck. I will post what is available later.

On a side note, I went to get a haircut the other day at a place that is at someones home...While waiting, I spied a 74 Rotary Truck parked on the side of another house across the street. No one was home, but I am going to make an offer next time I go there. It was licensed, so I assume it drives...

Hey, your smiley face looks like mine!

...and I'm nowhere near Texas, either. But, I do have your desired body/glass/chassis...(what I been calling my 'parts' truck). I know, I know, Oregon's ALMOST as far away as WA. state. Oh well. Wish REPU's were as plentiful here--I NEVER see one that's a driver parked anywhere across the street!

Repu update....

I guess I forgot to update this thread..I scooped up that REPU I saw while getting a haircut. It is a red 75, and in very nice condition less a small rust-through area on drivers floor. It was converted to electric motor by PO. We made a deal, I got chassis, and he got engine. I snagged it for $200.00 and got a S-load of good parts, a tranny, and a nice chassis to boot.

Also, I will be selling a decent 77 rolling chassis very soon. I will let it go cheap. It has had a r-front wheelwell replaced, and has a bit of surface/floor rust with no real bad rust through. It has a good frame, and most interior but not in any way perfect. It is a good engine transplant candidate. I can get pics to whoever is interested. I got it for the engine/tranny and of course a few choice parts like it "had" and I empasise "had a "perfect" dash pad. That is now in my other 77.

If anyone is interested in this orphan, drop me a note.

well, now, if i can get ahold of just a rolling chassis I could be happy... got a 13b street port thats begging for a REPU....

on a side note... are the REPU trannys setup like the SA tranny or FB tranny? Cause I want the shifter to be as close to the seats as possible...

Thanks, Laterz, Andrew

Grab your flatbed trailer,

your stash of cash, and come on up to our neck 'o the woods! I'd venture to guess we could make a deal... I know, road trips... but that's part of the fun, eh?
Stock REPU trannies are like rx-4 or cosmo units... 'ribcase' variety. Other option's the early 1st-gen one... Zero room in a REPU to put it any closer to the seat; it's already 'right there'... so why cut/butcher it? No point. Besides, messing with different driveshaft/mounts'd be a beatch...
