WTB front crossmemeber, 5 speed,
A fellow REPU owner named John wanted me to post this for him. If you have these items for sale, please send me an email thru the forum and I'll get you John's phone number so you can call John directly. He is in Long Beach, California.
John wants to buy:
1. Front crossmember that the sway bar and motor bracket mounts to. It's the crossmember that is in front of the motor. You will need to cut it out of your retired REPU.
2. A 5 speed tranny from either a 79-80 Rx-7 or 5 speed ribcase from REPU or Rx-4 in usable condition.
Click the little envelope below to send me an email and I'll get you John's phone number to work out the details.
Thanks,
Brad

On the off chance that John is willing and able to take a trip to Oregon, I'd be willing to sell him his very own parts truck and/or rolling stripped chassis, and maybe even a transmission... but I'm not set up to cut out crossmembers, etc., at this point... and freight is *expensive*...

crossmember
Brad, I think I have one, I chopped up a frame to investigate building a FC suspension REPU. Looks like it'll work but gonna be a bigger project than I want to tackle right now. I'll check tomorrow in the day light and make sure, then we can figure out what all he needs and how to get it to him.
Charles
PS, still running ur old Delarto on the REPU, and loving it.
