Anyone have or know where to get the fuel neck grommet or anything that matches up?

Fuel Neck Grommet

If someone has one out already, could you measure it please and I'll come up with some sources.
I'll need;
1. ID
2. OD
3. Width of the groove
4. Depth of the groove
5. Total thickness of the grommet

FYI: I just bought a couple of these from Mazda. Still available. $4.13 each from www.onlinemazdaparts.com(Trademotion).
