differential / third member
Does anyone have or know where to get a 3rd gen differential for the LSD upgrade? Or does the kit that is around work for any other differential?

Only the FD torsen will work. Post a wanted here. http://www.rx7club.com/
Thats how I got mine. Alot of the guys that do a V8 swap have to upgrade the torsen so they put them up for sale.

Max is right on
Although in theory the 2nd generation turbo2 clutch-pack LSD should work I won't guarantee it. The T2 LSD has been put into a 3rd gen Rx7 housing and vice=versa.
This kit was not designed for T2. TORSEN is superior in many ways, except drag race launching and off-road.

When you say FD what does that mean I also see FS what is that for. Just trying to get educated.

1986-1992 is FC 2nd Gen.
1993-1995 is FD 3rd Gen.

I got mine for $100 from a guy parting out a 3rd gen in his backyard. Might want to check performance shops or even some rx-7 V-8 conversion forums.
