Well, just an FYI, unless you're OK with a 1979/80 RX-7 or post '75 REPU/Cosmo/RX4 5-speed box swapped in, you won't find a "pre-75" (that'd just be a '74 only) with a 5-speed. To my knowledge, the 5-speed box wasn't even an option until late '75, basically for the 1976 models (basically came out when the 1976 Cosmo was released, as it shares a nearly identical box).

You are right. Sorry... I still have alot to learn about this truck and rotary's in general. I have been looking for 1975 or older mini truck (to avoid CA. smog regs). I just learned about the repu and love it. Any advice that you might have is appreciated. Thanks, David

Where are you in CA? I have a good running 74 in Los Altos I'd be willing to sell. I have some fuzzy pix someplace, but it's raining now and I need better pix.
