Custom receiver hitch

When I had my truck painted I left the bumper off for weight
savings and for looks, but I still had two seadoos to tow.
after spending $275 I had a very nice hitch that comes out below the license plate. Now the jetskis are gone and I want to save more weight, so if anybody is interested......

How much can it tow?
Tounge Weight?
Mounting points?

That Fey bumper i put on claims a 300 lb tounge weight and 3000 lbs towing.
