Are you all going to try for it this time? Or leave it alone since you know what he did last time?

See the other thread regarding this.

Notice how now he has zero feedback? A brand-new account. Notice how he got less specific as to his location? Now it's just 'California'. Well, I can provide his pertinent info if you would like it... (someone should just go take it away from him and be done with it!) Screw all scammers! Buyer beware.

I like the way you think klaus42, If we get everyone together and go over there, we can just take it away from him. God i hate ppl on ebay when they do stuff like that.

what if no one bids

If that sucker doesn`t get any bids I`ll offer him a hun
after the auction. I don`t need it but i`d like to see him
get burned instead of one of us.

what was his previous seller name? did he get banned from ebay with that name? we could always report him as the same person and get his auction yanked again. keep doing that till he'll sell it for $50.

Same Dude

It is the same dude.
There was a link from this site to teh RX-7 forum that had this guy's whole name, and ebay ID.

I also did a search for his other auctions, looks like he has ducati cycle stuff for sale too.

Keep an eye out, and don't bid on his stuff!

His account was suspeneded. So it looks like he violated another ebay rule by creating a new account.

Does anyone have the old account name?

Curious how it got suspended in the first place

The first time he got suspended he was bidding from another account to drive his price up.

What's good for the goose . . .

. . . while the idea of an angry mob busting down this schleps door and taking away his REPU parts (*IF* in fact he does have any, all it takes is a picture to list an auction) I don't see that happening somehow.

What if instead a largish group of ppl who are sick of his shenanigans were to say, create new accounts, and drive up the price of the part to about $2,300.00?

Not that I would promote such an idea. That would be against the rules. And we all know how interested Ebay is in protecting its users from those who flaunt its rules.

Truly, what we have here is

the difference between Constitutionally protected Free Speech/personal opinion, and the promotion of illegal acts. Let me just state for the record that I am in no way condoning or promoting illegal acts. That having been said, I'd laugh my ass off if 'something' were to happen...
After all, what we do have here is someone who is using the internet to commit the (federal) offense of Interstate Fraud... something none of us want to be on the recieving end of. Just too bad for everyone that, especially in these times, here's a person of middle eastern descent giving himself a bad name.
His previous user ID was the same--Khashabi1@hotmail.com--perhaps he successfully appealed being cancelled from ebay?
Back when I got less than advertised, PayPal suggested I check out anti-fraud.com , as well as ifccfbi.gov --but also told me that "seller info. must be subpoenaed".
I don't doubt he has the valance. He might even actually sell it to a high enough bidder. But--watch out!

that was kind of the same idea i had. but wait to see if he shill bids. Then bid it up really high(with new accounts of course). then retract and leave his shill account as high bidder.

Of course that is against ebay policy, but it is nice to think of the wrong-doers getting caught in their own game.

and that is a different account. Khashabi1@hotmail.com is different from Khashabi1 and Khashabi. Khashabi1@hotmail.com is suspended account so he is violating ebay policy by creating a new account.

Wankel Dreams, you're on it!

I'll let the rest of you take this whole thing from here. Think I already pushed the envelope of what's "allowed", letting folks know what's up. Justice--a nice idea... Too bad warning people against this shit is against the rules! Too bad also that he can just keep making up new variations of user ID's... guess there's no such thing as a permanent removal from ebay.

I can't believe eBay's failing so miserably to get rid of this clown once and for all. I was the one who reported the shill-bidding last time after a heads-up from Klaus. I'm sure the valance panel DOES exist, and while I know a lot of you would like to get your hands on it, it's important to keep the "big picture" in mind. How did that saying go, "it takes a village...?" Just my two-cents. -WG
