Analog mazda rotary compression tester 4 sale
ok guys Im gonna sell 1 of my old school mazda rotary compression testers. This is the old style that has a roll of paper that a heated arm moves up and down on and the heat makesthe ink thats in the paper roll show up. This is 100% working. And I will have all of this stuff packed up so its a kit... so u can use it. You will get the box(the acc. tester) a power cable that goes from the box to the battery, the compression hose (the rares part of this style kit) this goes from the box to the spark plug hole. I will also Include a new roll of testing paper. If i find my stash of rolls ill include 1 extra roll.I have to search but i had ordered 10 rolls a while back. you can still order the paper i did it via my local nonrotary friendly mazda dealer. I have done 30 or so compression tests and im not 3/4 of the way throught a roll of test paper. so you can get a lot of milage outa a roll. I will get some pics of the unit im selling(have 2) and post them or link them or what ever. If your intrested shoot me a email or pm. The new digital style units lists for over $2000. plus you need a printer to print the test. the newer 1 does show engine rpm and my unit doesnt. Ive seen these go for over $800. I know better than to look for that kinda money but do rember this is a VERY Specialised tool. I would take mine to local rx dyno days and offer a test for 40(old school rx's and fb's) 50 fc, 60 fd. thats 20$ cheaper than normal and id do 3 or so a dyno night. its a good item to have when u have your hp #'s you also have your compression #'s and id also do compression tests for people lookin to sell a car or motor and for people that had just gotten 1. so they know where they stand. You can make your money back with this in no time if you have a local rotary club with a good size member base. Hell I ended up taking my unit into 3 mazda dealers to show them how it worked and to even do tests becuase they didnt have a tester.
