Good find. I gave up on lefty lugs and just took a couple studs down to Pep Boys and matched them up. Now I have right and lugs all around!
The main reason I did this is Discount Tire didnt realize it had left hand studs so when they tried to remove the wheel the impacted it the wrong direction and stripped one out before I told them to go the other direction. I then started looking for left thread studs but could not find them anywhere.
