Bridgestone 'Skyway Deluxe' (!)
'Potentially Available' I have one original 1974 REPU spare --looks like it's never even been dropped down from under the truck-- ; rim's got some rust, but the 30 year old rubber is in excellent shape, still has the nubbies and color stripes on the tread (!), sidewall doesn't appear cracked, either...
No pics yet, as I'm still soaking the bolts with penetrating oil. Pics to come when I drop it from under the truck...
Anyone interested?

That Tire
My truck came with the orig Skyway Deluxe's except the spare which had the stock wheel rim, but the tire was a snow tire. What I remember the previous owner said it fell off the truck as he was driving down the road and it fell off but he retraced the roads he had driven-no spare. He ordered a new rim from the dealer he had bought the truck from and found this old snow tire to put on it. So with the orig tires and your new spare it might be better for the new owner-in about 20 years or so. Yes Klaus, let me know when you have a price in mind. Jeff
