77 and 74 rolling chassis for sale....

trade, Best offer, etc....either way, they will be cheap or free if someone makes a decent plea. They are relatively stripped of parts. one dented right fender, no hoods, grills, chrome etc. The 77 has a good frame, decent bed, slightly dented doors, and a few other good parts. Figure on a cab, bed, and tailgate. The 74 has a great no-rust cab with a cut through core support, a frame with a cut through tranny /frame cross-over, a decent bed, tailgate, and a few other good parts as well.

Either one is good for large parts or would be good for someone with a rusted through cab or a trashed bed or bent frame.

Come one come all. They are in Lake Stevens, WA, 30 minutes north of Seattle.

That '74 sure sounds tempting...

...wish I could muster the time, and trailering $$$, to come'n get it... perhaps, just maybe--not definitely, at all--if'n ya still got it sometime after the new year...
Rust-free cabs are hard to find! Just how badly cut is it?

It only has the radiator core support cut through..

Other than that, it is in great shape with virtually no rust. It is the one I picked up for the cab itself, but I have a line on another in great shape as well so I now have to get down to reality and let a few go. If your serious, I am going to Oregon in the next few weeks and taking a trailer with me to pick up some vintage rototillers (and you thought I was only interested in REPU's) so I could (with a small donation for fuel) put it on the trailer and haul it south to help. I am heading to Salem area so If your around or near......

Anyway, it is more or less a hulk with good bulk parts and virtuall no rust through.

Let me know.

K

Wow!....

I already know how my girlfriend'll react...
I'm less than an hour south of Salem, here in N.Eugene...
I must add that I will be quite busy, and absolutely unavailable on Dec. 5,6,7, as well as on the 13th and 14th. ...the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th would be about as ideal for me as it could get, prior to the 15th... (just thought I'd toss that out there... be too cool to get to hang out for an hour or two, or dinner or something...)
Now, about just how straight, and how much rust, surface and/or beyond... Is the glass in it, and are the doors on it as well? I have no indoor storage available...
How much of a fuel contribution?
We should talk. I'll email ya.
