Orville's Pickup's available
Orville's Brother Wilbur Quick here,
Wanted to let you all know that 5 of Orville's "Collection" are available for pickup.
1977 1 each Cream colored with shell top.
1974 1 each White with Shell Top.
1974 1 each Light Yellow.
1976 1 each White.
1976 1 each Red.
Give us a bid, your exspense to pick up, must take all. No Pick and Pulls.

Hello Randall,
First of I am very sorry for your family's loss. I was wondering if you mean that someone has to buy all 5 trucks at once,or that you will sell whole trucks one at a time? I understand you don't want to sell parts off the trucks,but I think it would be tough to sell all 5 trucks to one individual. Not impossible,but tough.

...plus, it would be most helpful to have some idea of what condition each one is in... i.e., running or not, mileage, etc., etc.
Would it be possible for you to post pic's to a photobucket account, and post the link(s) here, if posting pic's here is too involved?

I just wanted to update this thread...
As some of you know, Orville(Frank) had aquired a number of REPU's over the years... 7 total, either in part or in whole
His brother will be taking his prized yellow 77 (that he purchased from a friend of mine some years back) home with him... leaving 6 trucks plus parts
1 runner and 5 others + various parts.
I have purchased the whole lot and will be restoring as many of the others as possible with parts from the donors...
The goal is to make 3 complete trucks out of the 5 non running ones
I know!!! it's a lot of REPU's to take on, funny thing is I already own 2... making a total of 8 trucks plus my 20b FC
Once everything has been inventoried and accounted for the rest will be up for sale (if there is anything left). This will take some time, so please be patient.

Very cool! Good luck with the projects. I didnt know Frank but know enough that he'll be missed. Im sure he's glad most of the "family" got to stay together too.
