Excellent lesson in how the rich got, and stay that way. Buy low, sell high! It's how good business is done, after all...
Honestly, it is nice to see REPU anything appreciating in value, and this might be as good a 'reality check' on (my) pricing as any. Certainly good to have some benchmark for comparison. I had not been aware of a stock, NOS steel valance bringing more than $450 in the past -- (and at the time I thought that was pretty crazy, certainly above and beyond what I would be willing to spend).
What's a restored, (or even restorable), grille emblem up to, these days? More than $400?
(Puts a 'project' REPU in an entirely different perspective, doesn't it?)
