Might be interested. Have 4 RX-7'S & about 6 extra tranny/engines. 1 butchered REPU
(1971 Toyota 3KC Corrola 1.2 L) Massively underpowered
(struggles to keep up with 35 mph speed limit)
Looking for pictures of original motormounts, 12A conversion, or stock body.

Previous owners stupid!!

all in a pear tree.

Check my reply...

...in your other thread, Troy! If you still need more specific motormount, etc. pic after seeing what's already posted, let us know... I'm sure we can work something out.
Meanwhile, don't underpower the REPU yet again-- 13B it!

Just what all does $250 Buy - & still available?

Thanks for the reply. I have to take some pics,
and the other REPU was a tow truck-stinger & boom have been removed so just bed left. I was wondering if the "rolling Chassis" is a body with no engine/tranny but has interior, wiring, seats, instrument cluster, etc. your coment about glass confuses me. I am on a tight budget here, which is why i am considering 12A (at least its rotary, right?)
and i figure that the 12A is a downgrade from the origninal
135 HP 13B, it is a heck of an upgrade from the 45 HP Corrola rubber band @ 100 HP. Original Mounts are gone,
I think (REPU 13B Side-mount on oil pan, like 13b RX-7 or front-mount Cross-bar like 12A??) Also Alternator and Non-Funcional AC Mounts mickey-mouse welding jobs. I guess I shouln't complain-I got the truck for $250 and a water pump and radiator repair later it ran. I Don't want to Rotary it without replacing the bell-housing, though. multiple slots cut in it :(

Has anyone tried taking a later model 13B and swapping the
Pan, mounts, and intake manifold? I would think that should
work as the "blocks" are the same size (e,H,R, etc)

Very interested in Portland OR

I am really interested in the truck. Could you tell me a little more about it. If all the body parts are there? if not, whats left? If all the body parts are there and in good condition I would most likely take the truck off your hands. You can E-mail me at tharbin14@sprintpcs.com

Thats what I am running, a 13b from an 86 RX7. You will need just the 12a or GSL-se front cover to use the stock REPU front motor mounts. Also an oil pan from either the stock REPU, RX4, Cosmo 4-port 13b or GSL-se.

Other than that an intake manifold for whatever carb you are running, a 12a or 4-port 13b intake manifold will not work unless you have some kind of adaptor.

No fabrication skills at all needed, very simple swap.

" I have to take some pics,

Where is this tow truck body? Who owns it? Can you give me a phone number? Reply to thestilettoman@msn.com

Please look at my Cardomain page, and particularly the 4th page (there are 4 pages total)
