Mirrors

What did the stock mirrors look like? How were they mounted?

I have seen the upper/lower mount truck mirrors, but I think they were a dealer option. Alot of dealers opted to use them. There are many variations I have seen so I am not sure about the actual look of the Mazda Dealer mirror.
On the other hand I have run across REPU's that have the single little round mirror on the driver side. It is a Mazda Factory item. It has one of the older lower case m's stamped on it. I think it may be the one they got put on the boat with.

I agree

The little round one is my favorite. Although you can't see a damn thing from it I think I like the look better. I wish I could get one for the passenger door. I'll bet that it was available in Japan on right hand drive cars.
