Bodywork and Paint



I want to repaint my repu and do a little bodywork, Can I get some helpful advice, this is the first time I have attempted to do bodywork or paint a vehicle. (Like what kind of paint, filler, manuals, or teqniques)

Also, what about a hole under the drivers seat, it has rotted away. Do I use sheet metal or get it welded or what?
