Flange part number

Does anyone have a part number & brand for a new driveshaft flange? You know, the flange at the rear of the driveshaft that bolts to the pinion flange?

My driveshaft shop is having a hard time finding one with the right bolt pattern / dimensions / center hole size.

Flange

Brad, the same flange fits a courier and a B2000 all the way to year 1984. I know I used the REPU driveshaft in my B2000 conversion I did several years ago. Also the same center chunk is interchangeable thru all those years.

Thanks! Driveshaft shop said they don't have that flange new in aluminum that would use the larger u joints, series 7260 or 7290 u joints.

It is available for a smaller u joint. So now I'm stuck.

Dan and Andy, do you have any part numbers or details on your driveshafts? Part numbers?

I don't have the details... I just brought the truck down to the local driveline shop, 3 days later it was done. I'll try to look under the truck and see if there are numbers.

No one has the part number so no aluminum for me.

Shop is going to rebuild my stock driveshaft, new greasable u joints, new complete center bearing assembly, new yoke and rebalance if it's straight enough to be reused.

The longer the driveshaft, the more need for a 2 piece anyways. Smoother operation.
