Holy crap!
They really did weld that sucker on there huh?

THe most amazing thing is someone had to think this through. It was not a two minute "what was I thinking" At some point they should have caught themselves and figured out that that this was a really bad idea.

Hot Damn!

Dave, you can build/restore/polish on my REPU's any day I can afford your work! That 7 of yours is a thing of beauty, and that engine is as well... I'm drooling, and a bit green with envy! Do you travel, and do you take plastic?
Scalli, I'd like to be the first to make you an offer for your REPU's taillight assemblies, including the trim rings--provided you are certain you won't be using them... Perhaps I have some parts you'd like in trade? I also have an extra early '74 bed, in fairly decent condition, though unrestored, and as much as I might like to keep it, it doesn't look like it's a priority for me at this point...

You get the idea.

Damn that is great work.... and lotsa work at that. Do you get your buffing/polishing supplies from Caswell Plating? I really like them and they have a great online tutorial for beginners and those of us who just picked up a lot of bad habits over the years....

No,I pick up the wheels and grit compounds at a local store.
I bought my buffers on line.
But that was a while back.

New Old Stock

Meaning of course, new parts, never used and not made any more.
