53, got my 77 in Aug 91 and had a 74 for about a year before that. I expect to drive this for another 30 years. I would have bought a new one in 74 but didn't know they were being made. I vaguely remember seeing a TV ad where a REPU drives off a logging ramp and goes airborne, but can't remember the year. (In 75 I bought a 70 Datsun 1600 PU, what a workhorse, and considered putting a 13B in that in the mid 80's. Glad I didn't.)

I'm 28, but like rtrypwr, my driving record would suggest that i'm closer to 16. I've had my REPU for 5 years now.

Feeling old
I'm 44, but after having knee surgery in January, I'm really feeling old. I've have my REPU for almost 2 years and still have never driven one. Can't wait to get one of them on the road.

I feel the same about mine.. I have driven my repu and been in it many many times, but it might as well have been a Courier since it wasn't rotary powered, till this year.. when I start up the new engine..

Turning 38 in two days...
...felt older than that for some time, my own fault for lack of working out... driving record mercifully clean, despite rotary powered antics past... owned REPU since '97, rx4 back in '94...

Turn 51 in a few weeks. Owned mine from about 82 till 90. Never got any ticket in the REPU in spite of deserving it almost every time I started the motor. It was the slower vehicles that always got me in trouble! I figured out later that if I take too long to pass a slower vehicle, I drove faster afterwards, making a perfect opportunity for the highway tax assessors.

Oh Man!,
I thought you all were a bunch of youngsters! It's probably more important to do stuff that make you feel young, (Like burnin' rubber and making lots of noise...etc.)
Anyway, I'm 53, owned my Repu's since 95, and my wife and I are the orginal owners of a green Rx-2, we bought off the showroom floor in '72 at Coeur d'Alene Id.
Been around rotary's ever since.

I'm 34. My first car was a '78 GLC. I traded a friend for a 74 RX-4. After that I've been hooked on rotaries. I had a 74 repu about 7 years ago and let go of all my rotary stuff when children arrived. Just bought a 77 repu 6 months ago and can't wait until it's emissios exempt. I love all the ideas you all bounce around. Sparky

I am 27 and have had my REPU for about 2 years, it has been running for about 1.5 of those years. Have only been into rotaries for about 5 years, have had an '87 TurboII and currently have a '93 R1.
