Sundowners

Hey, I pop in here once in a while. Usually hang at Mazspeed but my boinger truck is dying and a repu sounds fun. Does anyone here know if the old sundowner/couriers are similar in any way? Can you stuff a new crossmember and a rotary in one? No smog after 25 years in WA state so this could be a fun project.

Yeah, It is possible.. it would just require fabbing mounts for the engine, and tranny.. Then depending on tranny choice a driveshaft might have to be made..

I have no info, but I think it would be a fun project as the trucks from that time are really light weight.
