Car and Driver TV - Old Rotaries Needed

Jim Linnihan got this from the producers of Car and Driver TV. They are looking for OLD SCHOOL rotaries. I would love to see a REPU shown.... Here is the letter he received:

quote:

Mr. Linnihan,

I am e-mailing to find out if you or any of your club affiliations know of an RX7 owner in the Nashville, TN area that would like to appear on the television show, "Car and Driver Television" that airs on TNN.

I am a segment producer for the show and would like to do a "Classic" story on the introduction and development of the Wankel-powered car.

Please e-mail me, if you can help or maybe you can get me in contact with the Louisville Chapter of the RX7 club. (Or one closer to Nashville if one exists.)

It usually takes a full day to shoot the car and interview the owner and since we don't have a travel budget, we are forced to use cars in our area.(TN, KY, GA, AL)

Thanks for your attention in this matter and I hope you can help.

Dana Hester
