Well, the brakes are largely done. I've got the hubs, hardware, bolted everything to the wheel to check clearance, but I still have no spindle. I need it to check the location of the caliper, since it's going to run super close to the two bosses on the front side of the spindle. Unfortunately, the truck is still off-site for paint, so I can't make any progress at the moment.
If you look at the second pic, you'll see the model for the rear end, complete with stock REPU axles and slip-over rear brake rotors.

After many months, I finally get to take some vacation from work. The truck's been painted and brought home, the cab and bed come off today, and I'll blow apart the chassis, wire-wheel it, coat it, and put it back together. I've got the spindles and hubs all done and everything clears. This week I've got to get the flat caliper brackets laser-cut or waterjetted, but that's pretty quick and dirty. Updates coming soon.

Looks great! I'd be ready to jump on a kit as soon as they're ready..provided you have some good directions for a mechanically challenged installer.
I need to do something soon.

Crit, I'm ready to do my fronts, are you happy with the way things turned out? Get a chance to drive your truck with the new brakes or still working on it? Thanks for all the great ideas and helping the group. My truck failed smog this year so I'm moving into the shop and starting the long needed restoration and mods. If Calif doesn't move the smog exempt date by the time I'm done, I'm moving it to another state! Dan
