Introduction

Well, I'm Dan, I own and run rotarynews.com... I've been into rotaries for about the past 12 years, but only been an owner for 5. My first car was (and still is) an 86 RX-7, I rebuilt the motor and street ported it.... and done about $10,000 worth of performance mods (engine, suspension, etc...) It is for sale.. BTW

My second car was an 83 RX-7 I picked up for a few hundred... I got the exterior in tip top shape, did the GSL-SE suspension conversion, redid the interior, and sold it earlier this year for $2300... I kinda miss it, but had another toy to replace it..

That toy is my 93 RX-7 Touring Edition. I rebuilt that engine last fall, just a couple months after I got it... it had 125,000 miles on the orig engine!! I then put a M2 stage 3 kit on, and am waiting to do the suspension work (too hot outside in vegas this time of year to work...)

Last, I picked up a 74 blue REPU... the previous owner overheated the stock 13b, and replaced it with a 12a out of an 83 RX-7. It is kinda nice since it has all the electronic stuff from the 83, and is near identical to the setup I had on my 1st gen. There are big plans for it... once the 12a goes, a nice streetported 13b, maybe with a turbo setup will be stuffed in there. Front mount intercooler, etc... But until that happens, I just need to get the swap finished up, and register it.
