Customer Service
In this day of economic woes that touch everyone, I call Respeed and order a set of stainless brake lines for the 74 and when the don't show up, I send an email (on Saturday) to check on the order status. I wasn't expecting an answer until Monday, at the soonest, but on Sunday, here is an answer from Billy. He explains the status of the order in clear and consise English and even answered my question about a stainless clutch line for the REPUs. Check these guys out, you won't be disappointed.

I picked up the first set of the SS REPU brake lines from Billy and when I got them they had these funky fittings on the brake end that werent the same as the ones on my truck and any Id ever seen. I emailed Billy and he quickly responded back that those are the stock fittings and I was missing the banjo bolts. After I couldnt source some locally he sent me a spare set he had.
I wouldnt hesitate buying anything else from Respeed and plan on one day getting their coilovers and rack and pinion for my FB.

Billy ROCKS
Heard nothing but good things about his business, service, products. Keep up the good work billy. Now, is there a chance to revive the big brake kit for REPU?

I'm close to Re-Speed and have wanted to do new front hubs for a T2 brake upgrade. I've considered drawing up my own brake setup, maybe with Billy's help, but it would be great if y'all are interested in the same thing.
What do y'all think of a new steel hub that would mount to the stock spindle, draw the front wheels in to the same track as the rear, and allow mounting big discs for T2 calipers?

I'm interested. How about aluminum hubs? Just as strong, lighter and probably easier to machine.

I'd need hubs to mount wheels at stock front track width to clear my wide tires. Aluminum preferred over steel, prices have come down on AL and that'll save 1 or 2 lbs per corner of unsprung weight and dissapate heat better. Love the T2 calipers. Use stock REPU wheel bearings & races?

Thanks guys....have not visited for a while....Clicked on the first thread and thought man I hope I did not mess something up - until I read all the way through :)
We would be happy to work up a kit. Time has been short lately so have not been able to get it moving on my own. I can work with Crit to get it moving. I know two others that have expressed interest in 6 lug BB Kits as well.
As always, the more we can get together the better the price can be.
