I'm Starting A NEW Vintage Rotary Decals...
OK,
Absolutely nothing against Juan, but I'm beyond upset now. I got ahold of him about a month ago (he just happened to answer the phone) and he told me still had the stuff I needed left over, and swore he'd get back to me about it (I have even expressed interest in buying the business or at least the vector files). He still hasn't replied, even with two more messages into him, so I (along with many other folks, I'm sure) am tired of waiting for him to decide if he is getting back into it or not. After speaking with Max, here's where I'm at: I have a very good friend that can make me anything Juan used to offer- with one catch- I need an original or a good used one to replicate (basically exactly what Juan did when he could get his hands on an original). If anyone has an NOS decal, a repro decal, VIN plate, etc. for ANY old rotary that I can borrow or buy, I will get a "NEW" VRD up and running. My supplier/friend also thinks he can do production runs for me much cheaper than Juan could get them done for, so I think the pricing would be at a savings versus the old stuff, but I won't know for sure until I have some stuff to start working from. If you have something for me, please get in touch!
Neal.

You may wish to...
...register your own, (different) business name in your location, to avoid potential problems down the road... (if you've not already done so!) ;)
Of course I'm interested...

ID plates for all the old schools would be good.
I am down for an ID plate.

Decals
Hey Neal, now that you have at least what Cameron is offering you (thanks Cameron), how long will it take to have some available? Just seeing if it'll be in time for Sevenstock and JCCS.

Probably not for SevenStock
Guys, I personally will not be at SevenStock, unfortunately, and wouldn't have anything ready anyways, as I don't have anything to copy yet. If all you need are tailgate graphics or a stripe kit, please get in touch with Brad Cole. He is already doing those, and I really am not trying to take anyone's business away from them, so I would probably refer folks to him for tailgate stuff anyways (unless he gets in touch and doesn't want to do it anymore). I am hoping someone will come forward with any of the underhood stuff, VIN plate(s), the "OK Mazda" decal, etc. I do supposedly have an RX-3 Coupe rocker panel stripe kit and RX-3 Wagon tailgate woodgrain decal *hopefully* coming soon to copy.
We'll see.
Neal.

Doh! Sorry, I didn't realize that it was mainly under-hood decals you were talking about. I'll hit-up Brad C. (absolut) for the ones that I need for the moment, but still count me in for the under-hood ones.

I'm definitely down for some of the VIN plates and a RX-2 stripe kit if you offer that down the road.
IIRC you can still get the "OK Mazda" decals from Australia. It would still be great to offer them though. Maybe I should order some and get them over to you? I know I'd rather support local business when possible and one stop shopping for all the old school decals would be awesome.
