some lady tells me I am wasting gas
So last night I am stopped at a red light and this woman pulls up next to me and does the window rolling motion.
I roll it down and ask whats up? She answers "Did you know you are wasting gas?"
I think to myself, what is this crazy woman trying to tell me? Did I shoot a fireball out the back? Did she not like the smell being behind me?
So I ask "Huh?"
and she says "Did you forget to put your gas cap on? I saw gas pouring out the side."
So I look in the bed and sure enough my gas cap is sitting in there. I must have taken a right hander and dumped a bunch of fuel. Thanks lady I thought was some hippy environmentalist freak at first!

Does your's...
...puke (overflow) fuel, too, if the nozzle is left in to shut itself off during fillup? Here in Oregon, we have no self-serve... and you may well imagine what that can entail, on occasion.

Oh yeah, the design of the fill neck is horrible! No where near enough angle down so when its full the fuel backs up the neck and dumps out the side before the thing shuts down. I now plug up the filler neck with paper towels when filling so all the back flow gets stopped dead in its tracks. I can only imagine how fun it is for you having to explain this to the gas station attendant every time.

You can't explain things...
